The website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. The purpose is to operate and secure the website, based on the legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable portfolio (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The portfolio does not use advertising pixels or audience analytics.
Project enquiries
The project form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit your answers to a website database or save them in browser storage. Information is received by the controller only if you send the email. This may include your name, email address, project description, message and optional budget. It is used to answer your enquiry and discuss services, based on steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interest in responding to other correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing this information is optional, but without contact details we cannot reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Recipients and international processing
Technical information may be processed by Vercel and its infrastructure providers. Correspondence is handled through the email services used by the sender and the controller. Vercel operates internationally; its Data Processing Addendum describes the safeguards applicable to its processing, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. How long information is kept
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and manage follow-up discussions. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, relevant correspondence may be kept for the contractual relationship and applicable accounting, legal or claims-related obligations. Technical data is retained according to the hosting service’s operational and security retention settings. Retention is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
